Garlic Roasted Shrimp with Zucchini Pasta Recipe For Yeast Infection
Ingredients
- 8 ounces shrimp , peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp ghee, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- ground pepper
- 2 medium zucchinni, spiralized or sliced into thin strips for zucchini pasta
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Add shrimp, olive oil, ghee, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the baking dish. Toss to coat shrimp.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, turning once. Cook until shrimp are pink and just cooked through, or until heated through if using pre-cooked shrimp.
- Add the zucchini pasta, toss and serve.
